It has technical personnel specialized in hydrographic studies, project designs, development and execution of all types of port works in maritime aquatic areas, lakes and rivers; AS SPRINGS, SPIGONS, MARINES, PLATFORMS, BREAK WAVES, MARINE PILOTING AND ALL NAUTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE. We have the support of SF MARINA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, WORLD ENTERTAINMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS and the investment fund SF INVESTMENTS GMBH

Services

PACIFIC MARINA DEVELOPMENTS offers 2 types of financial services modality. Directly; PMD develops nautical projects, manages and commercializes it in exchange for a percentage in the business participation. The second modality is by purchase of the project.

* It is required, title of property or concession and Directional Resolution of Right of use of Aquatic Area given by the Navy of Peru.

Sport Port

A marina or marina or dock or jetty is a place on the coast or on the banks of a navigable river specially built for the mooring of sports and recreational boats.

Fishing Terminal

A fishing port is the place where the fundamental port activity is fishing and where a large number of fisheries are established that take advantage of its water front to carry out its functions of reception (unloading), safekeeping (storage), conservation and distribution of the product.

Port Terminals

The maritime ports are the set of works and facilities and services, built in calm waters, necessary for the safe parador of the ships, while the tasks of embarking and disembarking of passengers and merchandise are executed.
